Day 1/21. Starting over again sucks. Woke up feeling like crap but I know it gets better.

Yeah when I relapse the next morning I feel shit but sure it gets better after all but remember to forgive yourself meaning accept every part of you and even the ones you don’t like(for example the part of you that made you relapse)

9 days done. Another close call in the middle of the night where I wake up and start playing with myself, but I remember I have a commitment and stop. Not today! Maybe tomorrow I fap or look at porn, but just for one day, I’ll refrain. Keep going guys. Stay strong, and don’t give up.

Day 2/21. Feeling better today but that might be the caffeine. Looking forward to having a bit of a slower day tomorrow.
I’m on day 20 of my own PM goals, I’ll start at day 0 for this challenge and try to post here every day.

Day 3/21. A decent day but I’m optimistic I’ll sleep well tonight and get a lot done tomorrow. Looking forward to getting tacos with a friend for dinner too.
