You're right! The other night I had a good look at myself after relapsing and came to the conclusion that the more I have this "punishment" mentality towards myself and begin to be harsh I'm only giving it what it wants, power. I need to learn to see that everything I do against is self-love, care, and emotional warmth. I need to learn to recall to no one but me and say, hey: What I'm doing is worth it all. Thank you for your feedback!

Day 14! Life is getting better.

 

Day 3 : Done. I'm a lot busy with work lately (inspections, etc..) So my mind is busy and is not focused on PMO. I should be careful this weekend once the pressure lowers.

 

Day 12. Feel tired, but keep going.
