I was wondering, how can I deep recover during sleep? Because, after wake up I find it difficult to get in rhythm. From getting out of bed, brushing teeth, breakfast all feels tedious. Only after an hour do I manage to build the momentum.

Th mornings I just don't 'feel like it'.

From the moment i get up, I want to be in that rhythm. Not tedious, but refreshed is how I'd like to feel after sleep.

Are you eating healthy and working out? Plays a big role
