Day 0 again. lol.
Day 2. I had an awesome day. Not much to complain about.
I try to be a person whom only spreads optimism anyway, I suppose I'll join the challenge, if I fail I'll post saying so
(I was in the woods for two days. Haha )
Day 11 !!! Feels great to make progress!!! Technique I'm using is when something goes wrong or something is irritating me I quickly start stating things that I love.
I love my life, my job, my wife, my kids, my family, my bike, ..... On and on until I feel better and start feeling positive through the stress. Oh and I also tell myself just to keep my mouth closed. (;

Hej guys! How is the challenge going?
I found it difficult to keep the streak when arguing with people. Although it is direct critique (which is allowed), it sort of
feels like complaining anyway.
That said, I got a lot better in doing constructive critiques and more cautious with my complaints due to the challenge.
Are you seeing results as well?
