    Its my biggest streak since last 1 year of nofap. Feeling confident like i also can do it easily. I never decided to how much long i could go but i will try to quit this habbit for forever cause now a days i am intrested in real sex only.
    Btw real sex can reset to 0 in nofap? please reply
    I am not in relationship so its going too long may be

    Nofap is not about reset or relapse it about recovery.If you are able to control watching porn sh*t then you are not addict anymore...
    And about your question,I dont think so.Real sex better than watching sh*t porn video
