I don't know if MO has the same consequences as PMO for you. I guess it depends on what you're thinking about.

Reset it, and go on. 21 days is awesome progress! You're doing great. The biggest factor in winning this is getting back up.

 

Hey dude, 21 days is fantastic work.. don't get too upset. Yeah, it may affect your progress but even if you don't feel like it now, you are in a much better place than you were 21 days ago. Also, you can point at those 21 days and say 'Yep, I was in control for 21 days'.

As an aside, I have several counters in my offline journal, one for MO and one for PMO for example. As long as you don't allow your brain to diminish your commitment to the shorter streak ("Oh, sure you can MO because at least it won't affect your PMO streak!") then it can be useful to have more than one.

From my personal experience, masturbating to porn or while fantasizing is far more damaging than masturbating for physical release.

 

I think 21 days is a great streak! Keep up the good work. You'll get the hang of it and get a successful reboot before you know it.
