Hello everyone.
With 11 years of MO and 7 PMO life has been a living hell.Today too I am in the lowest ebb of my journey(0th).It has been almost 7 months I took to nofap.In the meanwhile,I reached a highest milestone of 58 days no P followed by 36 days streak.Most of the time had been very good ,but due to my little streaks I actually never attained a full reboot which I still dreamt of .
The average streaks of first 200 days were 10.68 days.But the current 200 days seem to be very difficult,as the average of just 15 days runs by 5 days.The overall average remains 9.28 days.
My short streaks has always been an issue.This time I want to reboot to a full 90 days.
During my journey I attained various benifits which sadly were short lived.I would like to get help from all of you out there so that I can achieve a reboot and hence rewire my brain.

Well bro first I wanna congratulate you that you have taken a step to improve yourself .
So here are some tips to avoid relapsed,
1 never take a peek on anything if ur on a streak that peeks will almost guarantee a relapse
2 if you fell strong urges try jumping into an ice cold shower or try rendering why are you trying to do nofap
3 on Instagram whenever you see a hot girl try to go on nofap pages directly see some memes on nofap that should help you
4 try to start som physical activity ,my suggestion would be lifting cuz it will be able to drain ur energy so u won’t get hard urges

I never use Instagram...
2nd thing is that my relapses are so creepy to be cautioned.These are like probability of an event and probability of not an event.I never get crushing urges,ever I get,those are controllable but still I fell to a lot of relapse.Now what I focus is the chemistry behind relapses.
