    Hi guys,

I'm a 22 year old man and I'm starting my NoFap journey after years of being caught in a constant cycle of attempting to quit and relapsing after a week, binging, and then trying to quit again. I've been watching porn since I was 13/14 and have tried quiting since i was 19/20 but have not been able to do it.

Enough is enough and i've finally realised what a negative impact it is having on my life. The last few months the addiction has started to really effect my university degree, my sex life, my personal relationships and my own self-worth. I've been dealing with this by myself for years and finally realise I need some help from people who are more experienced - hence why I'm now here!

From today I'm doing a 90 days Hard Reboot. This is it, no going back, no 'one more time', this is the last time. This is day 0. We build from here.

Well done man on joining man. Wishing you the best of luck.

I'm only 8 days into a fresh reboot but what I've been telling myself is, "look, I've made the decision. I'm never doing this again and that's that. There's gonna be some hard days ahead but hey, there's better times waiting on the other side of this. Besides I've already made the decision and there's no backing out."

It's like when you freak out after getting on a roller coaster. You can freak out all you want but you made the decision to get on and there's no getting off till the ride's over. Eventually the ride ends and you're glad you got on it.

That's how I've been convincing myself that backing out isn't an option. Good luck man!
