So, the reason why I decided to post here today is because I reached my goal, at least my initial one: lasting three weeks in the challenge, abstaining from PMO.
Has it been easy? No, not at all. Have I wanted to watch porn and throw it all? Yes, I have. Have I had "dirty" thoughts? Yes I have. This thing, this change of life has been really challenging. After six or seven years of watching porn not daily, but constantly, is really really difficult to get your brain not to think on it, not to want it, but little by little, step by step, day by day, it can be done.
I thought that only the first days were gonna be hard, but in reality, every day presents itself with a new challenge, with new temptations. It has surprised this strength that I've gathered on all of this day to keep going, to not relapse.
I feel really happy for lasting this long, it is actually my second highest mark (the first being 45 days), and I hope I can last like this for many, many more day.
As in what has been going on in my life in these days? Well, I finally started to learn Italian, something I've been wanting to do for quite a long time. There's is this girl at college with whom I've never talked, but every time she sees me, she smiles at me, that's nice, I've gotten a lot of reading done. I'm feeling so so good...
As for you, fellow Fapstronaut who may be reading this, I got four words for you: YOU CAN DO IT!. Isn't going to be easy, but you can get it done.
