23 y/o severe pied

    1. Hello I am writing this post because I am looking for some advice on how to fix my problem.
      I first discovered that I had ed when I was 16 when me and my then girlfriend tried to engage in sex but I was unable to get an erection. We continued to try for around 3 months with everytime being a failed. Prior to this I had no sexual expeiernce and had been masterbating to porn since j was 13. My girlfried at the time was very understanding and patient with me but this resulted in the end of the relationship. Form then until now my confidense with women had been shattered and I avoided looking for sexual encounters and any encounters I had nearly always ended up in embarrassment.
      At this moment in time I am currently in a long distance relationship where we tend to see each other usually once a month. I have explained my situation to this girl and she fully understands and supports me but it is having a negativery impact on her. I have been being doing easy mode for around 76 days now I was doing hard mode for the first 35. Everytime we see each other we attempt to have sex but we haven't been succesfull. I went the first 35 days of hard mode but when she was over but then received a blowjob from her and revived the same a couple of times when we seen each othe last weekend.
      I am just wondering is a reboot achieveable while on easy mode or is hard mode better suited to me ?
      And if hard mode is better suited should we refrain from attempting sex until my challenge is complete ?
      Any advice would also be appriciated ?

    Here is what I would advise.

    Go hard mode the entire time you're not with her. I mean hard mode. Don't even think about porn, sex, women when you're not with her. If your biggest goal right now is too cure your PIED and satisfy your girlfriend. This is your best bet. Go full on hard mode, but when you see her try your best with her.

    You've gone a long time without porn. Which is great. Give it a little while longer and no doubt you will be fine.

    I'm also curious, can you get an erection with just your imagination? If so... because of your first experience you might actually have performance anxiety...

    jakewoods at the moment I can get an erection with my imagination but before I started nofap I could not even when I was faping I was only able to get 70-80 percent hard. I think anxiety could of played a part at the beginning when I was younger but not at the moment because I am very comfortable with my partner.

    So you can get an erection with imagination but you couldn't before? So there's progress right there!

    Another thing that might play a part is "death grip" from years of masturbation if you used a tight grip which most people do. It can desensitise your penis. Making it hard for intercourse to actually arouse you because it's not tight enough to get a reaction. All I can really say is, keep on the path your on and you will no doubt get there.

    I advise the following:

    #1: Cardio-vascular exercise. Why? Look up the 1000000 millions of studies proving how great cardio-vascular exercise is for mind, body, spirit and your DICK.
    #2: Korean/Ginseng Extract: This supplement has proven to do wonders for the mental stability and flood flow.
    #3: L-arginine: Same story as Ginseng, but focuses more on healthy blood flow for as far as I've heard.
    #4: Eliminate stress from your life. Stress halts re-wiring and only enforces negativity, making you more prone to using your addicted pathways. Stress is literally toxic to mind and body.
    #5: Sleep 8 hours for a minimum a night. This is a no-brainer. Same story as #1, look up the millions of studies regarding a healthy sleep routine. This will help with re-wiring and neuro-genisis as well.
    #6: Cold showers. Cold showers are great for your nervous system. I can't really explain why, but you could watch the TedX video on Cold Showers and the YouTube video on Cold Showers by '***'. Both will tell you it's amazing benefits.
    #7: You are what you think you are. Start thinking like you are a champion, a fighter, a boss and the greatest man that has ever lived.

    These worked for me, and I can tell you that only after 27 days, these tips have helped me already seeing amazing results with my PIED.
