23 Year old, finally quitting for a better life

    Hi Guys,
    I have been trying to quit for about 5 years but have failed dozens of times.
    Best streak was 4 months.
    Plan to really knuckle down this time and introduce other habits as opposed to just trying to
    white knuckle it.

    Look forward to seeing you all on the other side.
