24 y/o, First Day Here

    Hi everyone,
    Im a 24 y/o from USA, and I am
    excited but also nervous to start this new journey of turning my life around. Ive been watching porn almost daily for about 12-13 years, and now it has reached a point where it is affecting my work life, social life, and relationships. I’m also experiencing ED, which I take pills for, but not sure if it is from psychological ED or ED from porn, since I also struggle with anxiety and overthinking. Im also starting therapy soon for my anxiety and wondering if I should mention my porn addiction to my therapist? I’m glad to see I’m not alone with this struggle and I hope to overcome it.

    Hello, Its great that you're one here! It is the first step to a life without porn. In my opinion bringing this up to your therapist will be great help. Your therapist may help you with your addiction to porn as well as help find out whether your ED is psychological or not. Stay strong, we are in this together!

    Hey, welcome.
    I would say talk about it with your therapist.. actually that was the first thing I did when I started my recovery process. I said it loud. Its very healing..
    Hope you can reach your first goal!
