    A good sleep routine makes a big difference to me, I found I was having too much caffeine through the day which didn’t help.

    Day 3 - I woke up and did my routine today and noticed some urges right off the bat. Nothing too strong but a noticeable increase. As they day went on they got a bit stronger. I need to get back with my AP.

    I was 1 minute away from laying on the massage table today. Only reason I didn't stay was bc they were cash only.
    The I drove to another amp about 20 minutes away. When I got there, I immediately went on to this site lol the panic button menu actually helped. Went and had 6 tacos and 2 margaritas to the face!

    Well done mate a lot better option. I need to work on better/healthy turn tos and replacements ended up driving around for hours last night trying to get an escort myself. Should have just took the day off and gone for swim food and some training

    Day 2 - So after a period of inconsistency, I have to start posting every day again and getting back on track. Today was an alright day in terms of urges. A few times I got close to calling a place but managed to let it pass on its own. Looking forward to getting back to where I was. I’ve managed to maintain my no MO streak despite a few very close calls. As I mentioned in an earlier post, the challenge will be staying away from all Porn and Porn-subs. This is what got me here in the first place and will keep me hooked.
