I have problems with energy and keeping focused so I'm hoping this will help. I have crohns disease so that's part of the problem.

This is just another thing I probably need to do to get my life on track. I wanted to write somewhere that I was starting this. I think that If I can go for 4 months eating nothing but butter, almond flour, eggs, hamburger, cheese, onions, and honey that this shouldn't be too much trouble. Granted that's been the majority of my diet for about 4 years now.

Started that diet Nov 22 2009. I'm sure that'll go down as the toughest thing I ever did. Basically made all the inflammation go away in my colon but didn't give me my energy back, didn't give me my life back. Which is what I really wanted. I've stuck with it anyway though since it keeps me from having to have surgery. Trying to get on LDN(Low dose naltrexone) since that raises endorphin levels which I think would give me more energy and make me feel normal. Also think that having more T-cells and TNF(Tumer necrososis factor) might kill off MAP(Mycobacterium Avium Paratuberculosis) in my bloodstream and make my Crohns disease go away, which means I could eat carbs again.

Regardless, if pornography has been lessening the sensitivity of my brain neurotransmitters, for me with my lower endorphin levels than normal people, NoFap should make a big difference.

Wanted to write down todays date somewhere where others could see it.. October 11, 2009 at the age of 24 1/2.
    90 day NoFap challenge

    NoFap
    No edging
No hard porn(I can't give up manga/tv and some of it's pretty borderline)
If I get the chance to have sex with a real person I am definitely taking it though.

    January 8 is goal.
