25 been suffering for 13 years

Hey Everyone. I’m new to NoFap and realized it’s time to take steps in recovering from my porn addiction. I first started watching porn at 12 years old & I didn’t finally admit to myself that I was suffering from an addiction and chronic masturbation until last year around my 25th birthday.

I’ve been through it all. From losing a 4.5 year relationship with my first love, a woman I lived with and lost my virginity to, because of porn. I engaged in random sex and felt deep regrets due to trying to get the same high I would with porn. My tastes changed and I questioned my sexuality. The last 4 women I’ve been with I haven’t been able to perform. I’ve been experiencing erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, PE, performance anxiety, and other symptoms for years now.

It’s time to be free. So definitely looking to connect with people who’ve been through similar experiences and overcome their addiction.
