Hey! I'm looking for somebody to share experiences with. Mostly on a daily basis. I meditate twice a day, now looking to expand on that with daily yoga, abstain from P and limit M. For me P is the biggest issue, we don't have to agree, I'm gonna help you the best I can. Once I abstained from PM for ~110 days (goal was 90 days), learned a lot from that.
