26 years old and unemployment

    Hi guys,

    For years I am struggeling when it comes to find a job and stay atleast a year on the same job. I had a pmo addiction from my 17th until now. I am 26 years old now. I am doing NoFap hard mode since 4 months ago. During those months I had a streak of 54 days then I relapsed a week then I get up and now I am on day 64. I know NoFap 3 years ago but I was not seriouse and it was very hard to stop watching porn, I was heavy addict. But thank god I think that I overcome the addiction.

    I live with my parents and want be independent but I need find a job. I switched a lot from job to job from sector to sector. The thing is that I still have not the motivation to find a job and I still don’t know what kind a job I want. I feel lost. Do you guys think that NoFap on longer streak will help me to find what kind job I want and get that job?

    Looking for a job is certainly an investment of time, curriculum, selection, research, and so on. If we spend 3-4 hours a day watching "porn" we will have less time to look for a career or commit to it, with the result of probably feeling exhausted and upset.

    Considering the pandemic period, you could better prepare your resume and make a list of the companies that interest you.

    You have already had many experiences and this is admirable, my advice is, to continue to keep doing them, and if possible in the meantime trying to specialize in a field that may interest you, this could give you satisfaction over the years.
