    Today is my 27th day of nofap which is my longest streak yet after 8 months of failure. Today I decided to finally post a thread because these last few days have been painful. I try and focus on the long term goal but I am really struggling to hold.

    27 days is a great achievement! Congratulations! Also, kudos for deciding to post. Focusing on the long-term goal has its uses, but if you are struggling with that approach, maybe a different one could help. During my first reboot, I discovered that my biggest issue was all the free time I then had on my hands (that had previously been occupied by my PMO activities.) So I started a new hobby. It gave me something to focus on in the present (besides my struggling) and it took up that new free time I suddenly had.
