    Hi,

I'm currently on day 5 of NoFap, but I watched some porn unfortunately. My longest streak is 5 months. I believe in NoFap because the only time I had female attention, it was on a long streak. Unfortunately, it didn't work because of PIED, low libido and self esteem issues. I often have 2 weeks streak, but nothing special unless I get on a long streak.

I discovered porn at 14, before that I had a girlfriend and some girls interested in me.

In school I was bullied. I was never attractive to women beside a few. Women either often ignore me or avoid me. I'm anti-social. Still lives with my parents , haven't finished college yet. I suffer from complex such as hairloss and low-average facial attractiveness, low motivation, lethargy, low energy and anxiety. I'm often angry and jealous of other who have a sexual and affective life.

At 18 years old, I got addicted to visiting hooker for 1 year and a half, all my money was going there, I stopped school and just worked full-time in a factory to pay for prostitutes.

I'm subscribing because I finally prayed to god to get rid of this PMO addiction and I had the feeling I had to subscribe to this website.

This is it. I hope I will have a long streak and it will help change my life. I keep going to the gym and running and focus on finishing school.

Thanks for reading and good luck on your nofap streak. Just writing this post in stressful.

Keep on posting in the Forums, my friend. If you are shown that the way forward in life is without PMO, then you have to fight for that route. At every crisis (urge) you arrive, choose the side of no PMO. At every single crisis. Eventually your brain will adapt. You've made it 5 months before, you can surely make it pass the hardest of times.

I wish you well on your journey!

Hey man, thanks for the word of encouragment. I'm a long time lurker here but now I definitely plan on starting to post on this forum regularly, I feel it will make me more accountable to keep going with the no PMO lifestyle.

I wish you success on your journey too brother.
