28 years old, gay, Chrsitian, gotta stop the fap

Hi everyone,

I'm a gay Christian living in the South.

I have a 15 year history of looking at pornography.

For the last decade, I would call it a bona fide addiction - sometimes 2-3 hours a day looking at the stuff.

Historically, I fap just about every day. Some days, multiple times a day.

All this has done a huge number on my confidence, my self-esteem, my drive, my ambition, even my sense of identity.

I think, for the most part, I have understood my sexuality through the lens of pornography, and I'd like to change that.
