28y male! Addicted since 21y!

I'm a 28y male! Porn have devastated my life! For the past 3 months i was doing a check-in on that addiction and i think i have sufficient information about this problem! i'm finally taking my first step! My biggest struggle is my environment who compels me towards porn (most of my day alone on my bedroom) with no friends, girlfriend or family! However, i think the odds are in my favor! I'm going to do a P challenge (no porn but with masturbation and orgasms). No PIED but delayed ejaculation!
