29 year old new to this

For the past few months I’ve been dealing with some type of ED. It has been helped by using ED meds. My problem is this week my penis has been completely out of it with no feeling and always soft even with sexual contact.Also no more random erection and morning wood which has also been goIng on for about 2 weeks. I’ve been eating much healthy for the last 2 months and even quit smoking cigarettes and started running in those 2 months. My question is with the condition my penis is in for the past week would it help if I use Ed meds to have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend as I’m planning to do the NoFap in order to reboot myself or should I abstain from it altogether?
