2nd try, now in Hard Mode

this is my 2nd try doing NoFap, I failed on day 21 last month

It's kinda sad but I will moving forward and try it again
the reason I failed because I think I am not doing it on hard mode, I'm not focus on rebooting my brain, I still stunned looking on sexy woman picture, I still look on sexy videos on instagram and I think I can hold the snowball sexual urge.. the day I relapse is when I read an article about tantra & semen retention, this article show how to achieve multiorgasm without ejaculation, It's said that "The benefits of semen retention can not be achieved by being celibate and avoiding all sexual activity. So I try to do edging and Fuck! I can't hold the ejaculation.. -_- Suddenly I lost my willpower, and the day after it I feel dizzy and sleep more than 12 hours! 3 day after it I try edging again and once again I failed... -_-

So this is day 1 (05/03/2017)
- I will focus on hard mode and rebooting my brain (not just avoiding PMO)
- I remove all of sexy videos and semi porn movie from my laptop
- I registered as member of NoFap community and read other people journal to motivated me
- I will update my journal in here
