3-1/2 Days in I just had sex with my wife. Still ok?

Rather unexpectedly my wife and I just had a wonderful lovemaking session. I'm only 3-1/2 days into my journey and I won't say I noticed a "night and day" difference in the sex but there definitely WAS a difference. I felt closer and more connected to her, and "he" seemed to remain at attention much better than he usually does. I have to wonder now what things will be like after 30 days or more.

For the record, my wife IS aware that I am on a program to quit PMO forever and she has been tremendously supportive. She and I have watched the TEDx talk "the great porn experiment" as well as a couple other vids detailing the negative impact of internet porn and I think she better understands where I'm coming from and how to help me.

I would also like to add, my wife is no stranger to addiction. She had her own battle with alcoholism a couple years ago, and she's remained strong and sober since. She's shared with me many of the tools she used to kick her addiction.

So anyway. While I haven't PM'ed in 3-1/2 days, I did have an "O" with her a few moments ago. I don't THINK it affects my journey but I wanted some other opinions.
 
Some say sex will slow the reboot; however, you seem to have had a really positive experience with your wife as a result of your starting the NoFap journey. IMO, it's fine and can reinforce your desire to continue while also quelling the urges to masturbate. You're doing great!
 
Yeah man, my wife has been awesome. Not just the sex lol but she's a tremendous source of strength and support and understanding. My biggest win here is bringing her in on this attempt to stop PMO, unlike before when I'd just try to do it on my own and rely on my own willpower without telling her.

With her in my corner, I can't fail.
