Ok guys i completed 3 days without PMO (im doing Monk Mode). Im going to do 7 days challenge now.
Thanks for all the support.
Feeling like shit today and my brain's priorities make me think that PMO will make me feel better. Have to keep myself aware of that fact and stay busy. Just have to make it a few hours before heading to work.
Do you guys think smoking pot helps or hurts a reboot? I'm super stressed, sick, and smoked some, haven't smoked in 4 months. Did daily habits yesterday, but today all went to crap. Don't want to fap but don't have much of an urge. There were moments of pause during a movie last night. I am using those moments to remind myself of why I am rebooting.
I'm also grateful for you dude's being here to hold me accountable. Thanks y'all.
Still sad but tired of being sad. Still sick but tired of being sick. Still broke but tired of being broke. Importantly, in the middle of a serious life changing event and need to bring my sharpest blade.
Less than 8 hours till finish the challgen
Any time I take some kind of substance, I find my will is weakened and I end up relapsing. My experience with the MJ is that it makes me lazy, unmotivated, and less than vigilant in my habits. I'm not going to tell you to never do it - it could be useful as an occasional reliever of extreme stress - but I would be very watchful.
Had a very stressful day yesterday and I'm very discouraged about my job - sure makes it tempting to relapse to numb the pain a bit. I kept myself from relapsing during the night by telling myself to store up my anger - it could be useful to me in the near future.
Have a run planned for the early afternoon then I'm off to work - when I get back I'll have completed the 3 days challenge.
