Now I think there only one way going to do 90 days challenge .

I went to the upper challenges but I'm not ready for that yet!
Let's restart from the basics!
day 0...keeping it simple. Time to rack up the counter and feel better about myself
1/3. Feeling like shit, crying all the time, very anxious about my job, my health, and my future. Feeling like porn is the best thing I'll ever have.

You know that
Porn is the worst thing you'll ever have!
otherwise you didn't sign up here and you didn't start this challenge.
Don't let that thinking overwhelm you and replace it with something that can take you back to the right path.
Engage your brain in a more active way instead of worrying too much about your future, because uncertainty can cause too much anxiety. Focus on what you can do now to improve your future, to improve your life, to improve yourself and take action.
It can be a struggle sometimes but keep going, soon or later you will see the benefits!

I've been trying to beat the 14-day now for some time but I'm going to aim a little bit lower first just to get that boost of confidence.
