From day 7 to day 3 but still alive, i i wi do it very soon.

Ok, have managed one day. Just need to make it to the morning to make it 2!

 

I relapsed
I identified my mistake that lead me to pmo. My weakness are
1) constant thinking about nofap. Thinking about my streak and not to fap.
2) curiosity of looking at pmo. Throwing away my promise and telling myself just one look I won't do pmo.
3) one time fapping, I think that if I do pmo only once and stop and start my journey it won't harm me. But it is wrong even once is enough to destroy your progress.
4) Thinking if I relapsed why not do binge. I have fallen why not dig more and fall even more in pmo.
5) One last time. This is most biggest mistake of all. Telling myself just one more time and then I will start my journey again clean. You start it now and end it never.

 

Even I relapsed friend. Let's make promises to each that from this point no more relapses and one who fail has to follow the winner on nofap and we both support each other.
