It was hard but I did ti. I'm still sleeping bad and the craving to whip my cock put and wank it is there. But hey, 3 days.
Day 1. I am participating and build up gradually. I know there will be success and rewards.
Yeah man i know. There are 2 different kinds of hard. The "get started" hard and the "continue after a good streak hard". I failed again. I have severe ocd, masturbated 40 times last week, i will start seeing a therapist too and updating here the lessons learned with him. I am ready to make a change by all means necessary. Day 1 again!
Guys I am starting 3 day challenge. I haven addicted to porn and masturbation since last 9 years. I am completely helpless. This habit have effected my mental health very badly. I have decided to take professional help soon. But before that I need to gain some confidence for my self. Nothing will change until or unless I start writing journal. So I will write regularly.

Guys I am starting a 3 day challenge.
What I do when it gets really difficult is fill out an index card with hours (7:30, 8:30, 9:30, etc, between 48 and 72 of them) and then I just check off each hour with a pen as it passes. Sometimes I am far away from getting even to Day One, and so I count hours. I know the goal is to get away from counting ultimately, but this helps in those first couple of critical days.
Ok, then. Starting from the shortest challenge. Day 0 although I started my tracker yesterday.
