First day here on NoFap. Hadn’t even heard of it until a few hours ago. Guess I should start with this challenge first, so I’m in and this is Day 0.

I've had a really stressful morning. Car breakdown, lost chickens (don't ask!) and my boss is firing requests at me left, right and centre. Strangely, I've found myself thinking that a quick fap would be a great stress reliever. This is quite enlightening, because although I'm what I think is a "light" PMO user (one, two, three times a week) it's now clear that I'm probably using the quick high and release of a little PMO to relieve stress. Food for thought...
