day 0 check in...i've fallen and am dissapointed in myself. Many habits that i know I shouldn't be doin have led to this point, BUT today I start. any enouraging words help out..
we all were there. and i am at 0 day too. but remember keeping nofap and improving ourselves. dont stress, take it slow but be strong. one day at a time. to me it's more like one hour at a time lol. have a good day!
