Day 0/3 again
day 0 check in...i've fallen and am dissapointed in myself. Many habits that i know I shouldn't be doin have led to this point, BUT today I start. any enouraging words help out..
Day 0! Need to crawl before I walk.
we all were there. and i am at 0 day too. but remember keeping nofap and improving ourselves. dont stress, take it slow but be strong. one day at a time. to me it's more like one hour at a time lol. have a good day!
8 hrs... progressing
After months of constant relapses, i want to take this seriously again so let's try this first little challenge again.
day 1 complete...calm and uneventful. Taking time to recognize and develop healthy relationships, what needs to done, how to do it, how to talk to others that you view as romantic relationship
Relapsed in between but kept 4 days this week. A great achievement I would say but couldn't achieve the challenge so am restarting it day 0
