Day 1 of 3 complete!
I do not notice any significant changes.
But i have urges to watch porn whenever i am doing something that is discomforting for my brain to do and process, that is whenever my brain has to put any kind of effort to understand complicated things.
It is a slow process. It can take weeks or months to notice significant changes.
You need to stay patient, not expect too much right now, and not give up.

I need to start taking care of myself. This is for me. Just today
Had great energy and a good workout. Was very social during my job, altough I sometimes did stutter a bit, but that probably is going away when I have a few more days (happend on my last big streak).
Had a great workout again and decent energy. Spent some time bonding with my family. Just had a really chill day.
Day 1 complete. The sky's the limit now!
After a couple days of failing, I've finally got 1 day back. Let Day 2/3 begin

I had some urges to watch porn at my productive hours. So, that was the time when my mind wanted to just get off from any kind of stress and get some porn related dopamine boost.
But i managed to get by
ONTO THE 7 DAYS CHALLENGE........
I am 6 hours in. I am not going to fall for this. I need to make it. I will do this.
God willing. Let's go.
Again Day 0, I will keep going till I complete this competition. I won't give up.
