Day 3/3. One more day!
Day 0, after my 12 day strick I'm back where I started, I didn't have enough sleep yesterday and today I was feeling tired the whole day I couldn't think straight I was unable to focus on my work so all of a sudden the thought of porn accumulated my brain and before I know It I relapsed so guys be careful about your triggers to avoid them as much as possible, we can do this, after every relapse we are getting stronger and wiser. Let's do this...
Day 1 of 3 complete.
day 1/3 fasting
Challenge complete! Kept myself busy and did other things I can enjoy like playing instruments, singing, and helping my family.
Day 3/3, moving on to 7 day challenge
Done a couple of week long challenges before, and my record is 11 days. But I have been relapsing hard lately, so I am going to take it slowly with a 3 day challenge, and take it from there.
Day 1/3. No particular issues so far.
Day 2/3. Still going strong.
