day 0 just started.
I have been away a while, and not been doing very well, despite keeping track on a couple of sobriety apps. Really need to sort this out.
So, 3 days. That is nothing! Why can't I do that at the moment? Tike to start buckling down and taking this sit seriously again.

And never be idle and do some work that will keep you out of thinking of faping
