Hang in there. I am also going to the same phrase right now. But it will happen. You will get it done. From past month i was unable to a good streak relapsing every 2 days. So if you are binging then stop it. It is the worse than anything. I was caught in it and to get out of it i have spend 3 years. Now i can go on after relapsing only once. It is simple yet hard to perform. so my advice for you is stop talking those challenges when you involve yourself with all those challenges and unable to complete it. It will turn out bad for you. Start with small ones and move ahead slowly. The whole addiction will be gone in one day. When it happens you will avoid pmo naturally. So be strong. Days are just number real progress is your resistance.
Day 3/3. It was so hard. I had moments where I had to give in. But didn't. Challenge completed. Started a week challenge now.
