I have completed my first day.It took me several days my relapse to accomplish today.I am in.Iam never going to go back.

What i did that helped
- prayers on time
- mediation (30 minutes)
- kept saying to myself
"ONE DAY AT A TIME"

 

I am on my second day.There was arousal and sexual images piping into my mind.I could control it.I meditated when the urge came.I am on to my third day .I can do it.We all can get rid of pmo from our life.
