The first step
Hey my friends... 1/3
Today I kept my mind occupied the all day: working (cleaning the house), studying, playing a game and making some music
I know I was inspired today, feeling strong but the discouragement will come and I'm preparing for that
Good beginning my friend keep it up and keep yourself busy you can do it .
Day 5 after 3 hour, good job to all who try to change their life i am pretty sure you can do it but if you need that,be strong my friends,and feeling jealousy of the number of others' days and their successes stories it help to improve.
Starting this challenge. Today will count as day 0/3 since I haven't completed any, yet
Day 0 of 3 I relapsed after a 66 days streak, I don't know what to say I'm very disappointed and angry at my self.

The more days you spend without pmo the more your brain rewires and learns to live a life without unnatural stimulation. By having two counters you´ll have a better sense of your growth."

First watch out for chaser effect.(wanting to fap more since you have already relapsed).
And be strong. The regret and guilt are going to be there. But what are you going to about it? Or what's next? Those are the questions you need to ask yourself?
