Got to day 3. Time to move on to 7 days
Today making sure to be busy all the time, dont open social media, search news for some trigerring content, once I notice sex related thoughts I take deep breaths couting till 10, if that doesnt work push ups or cold showers. If I stick to this strategy there is no way I am fapping.
