Today failed again (well actually Friday I failed too)

I won't do this challenge for a while, I'm thinking about taking a short break and come back with a strong will

My goal now is to stop prone masturbation.
That involves avoiding trigerring stuff - pics/vids/paparazzi news
Reach 1week at least.
Then when urges hit can release with stnd face up masturbation.
Starting to really worry about my penis health. Must stop with prone way.
