Another pretty chill day again. Admittedly, I did spend a little too much time playing games with my friends so I didn't have time to workout and shower.

No notable urges today.

Has been an easier 3 days than others, the urges were not intense because I've had a busy schedule this week and been hanging around nofap forums to help as an anti-trigger/motivation. Moving onto the 7 day challenge now, but if I relapse, y'all will see me again here. Stay strong brothers, hope to see you in 7 day challenge.

I went out on a walk with my Mum for a couple of hours today. I had a few urges but nothing too crazy.
