I find that I need to learn to commit to this website in order to effectively commit to its ethos. After a sudden uptake in guilt and shame following a relapse, every now and then I come back here to find some way forward, but as quickly as the drive to stick with this programme comes my interest just falls by the way side.

So in doing this challenge I hope I can learn to stick with coming back to this forum on a consistent basis, and in doing so commit to breaking my porn addiction.
