feeling better already but we've barely started. gotta start somewhere.

I've kept recording my journey for 7 years. But in the beginning I was not too serious or less consistent in it. I lacked the knowledge and I didn't know that PMO had such an impact on me. I only joined this forum last year. Since then I've beaten my personal best year by six days. But the numbers are irrelevant as long as you keep fighting. Of course, being than yersterday or last month or last year gives a lot of pleasure.
