[3-CHALLENGE] THE THREE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Finally after four days. Entering any such challenges means a lot of strain for my system. However, I want to prove it to my brain that I can manage despite it's rebellion.

 

last day of a 3 day challenge. very difficult after relapsing in the aftermath of a succesfull 7 day challenge a few weeks ago.

I'm in. Three days from now on is like committing to myself that I will be honest and loyal with my wife until new years eve. That sounds like very good thing indeed. I will start tomorrow morning with meditation.
