[3-CHALLENGE] THE THREE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 2 completed. Found it quite difficult this time. Gym again, another 5K.

 

Just completing 48 hours in a couple of minutes. I've been here many times before. It feels good to be getting that streak going again, and at the same time I realize what a routine fapping has been. Some anxiety comes back that I wasn't dealing with in the right way. Feels kind of like withdrawal. But good to be back on the path.

THREE DAYS. I think this means I have to leave until the next time I reset. This was truly helpful. I never progress unless I am being accountable to someone, and this week that was you guys. I am headed to the Five Day Challenge and then onwards and upwards.
