This is great way to start. Even though I managed a week recently, right now 3 days sounds like a good new beginning after falling into relapse mode.

Made it through the rest of last night. This is the first morning. Often one of my worst times. The urge is crazy! I can feel a tingling in my legs and my feet! What is that all about? I just need to get out of bed and make breakfast and then morning number one will be a win
