Reset counter today because I automatically went to a news site yesterday, didn't even think about it. It was like breathing, I've done it so many times. My awareness of what I was doing caught up after about 1 second of reading a news headline and I shut it down. This is not an easy thing for me to stop. Had strong urges throughout the day and was a struggle to not act on them. But I think I was able to get more work done as a result.

Day 2/3 on the books
Day 1 is behind me... I’ve been trying to get on a regular sleep cycle for my overall health and I got home today and my roommates are all loud as fuck... Dude I hate that shit. But a part of recovery is developing more “responsive” actions and not being so reactive. Instead of flipping out like I wanted to I gently sent a text... And now I can continue on with my sleep.
Got through a day with out reading a headline. Kept starting to go to news sites, it is so automatic for me. But cut it off each time before I read anything.
Day 1/3: Feeling much better than I did yesterday. I think it helped that I actually talked to people around me yesterday.
Day 1 / 3. It's a start.
