This thread uses the above golden formula to quit Porn and Masturbation.

Challenges: Any challenges aprat from NoFap, example:
1. Running 3 | 6 | 9 | 12 miles,
2. Weight Loss Challenge
3. Learning new skills
4. No Phone Challenge
5. Sleep(8 hours every day) Challenge
6. Participating in Competition Physical.

NOTE: This thread is more inclined towards health and fitness. Because fapping leads to your hormones im-balances and also lowers Testosterone. So, stay fit and do some hard day challenges.

It will hard challenge for everybody to quit this addiction. May God gives power.

Just promise yourself that in any worse and depression situation, don't ever see porn or masturabte...

Unfortunately, I broke the NoFap rule.
No excuses.

Possible reason: After the 4th Day, I feel like I am doing it for a year. I get easy and eventually break my NoFap.

I am restarting again at 12:00 AM. Now, I'll be very cautious on the 5th Day, and try to stick to my plan till 26th July. Because on 27th July, I have a very special day of my life.

At any cost, I shouldn't make up my mind to move out of focus.
