    Today is day 30, WOW. Seriously guys, I feel lighter. I feel more confident in myself. The urge to go look at that crap is dwindling rapidly. Just gotta avoid those minor triggers man - and catch myself if one comes my way. I believe in NOFAP! It works man, it can work for you!!!

    p.s. The counter is a bit off, I did effectively start 7/7/14.
