Day 2. Without P: day 4. I've been trying to do things better and improve my habits. I'm very tired right now and I know there's much more to improve. I have to take better care of myself. Good luck everyone!

17/30 - over the difficult parts - danger now is I feel so good again I could take my eye of the ball - so staying aware, staying connected...

I'm really excited to say that today is my 30th day in this challenge. In my opinion this has not happened continuously for at least 10 years and a lot thanks to this forum and the people here. Really begins to feel a different person, better, calmer, more concentrated who controls his life where addiction will control him
