Day 5. Without P: day 14.
Today it's my first day on this challenge. I need a change in my life, before of the outbreak of COVID-19 (I live in italy) i already had some issues with binge masturbating and the use of pornography, but now I feel that this Issue is overcoming my ability to control my life and have a healthy lifestyle. About a month ago I discovered the existence of cams and now i can't stop purchasing bundles of tokens and spending time on these apps... I spend various hours per day watching them and masturbating that my days fly by without even noticing...I feel like I am not the one in control. I know I need to stop and I want to but every time I try after a day I say "ohh it's only one, it's not gonna make a difference, it will be the last one" and then I fell back in that routine...but this time I really do want to change. I hope posting here and sharing my experience and thoughts will help me to get away with my addiction

I feel the momentum now! Much easier than the first few days most definitely.
Feeling very optimistic.

30/30 No PMO - thanks to everyone on this forum - I will go onto 60 day challenge for No P now but have to reset on MO and start another 30 day challenge here, which is not a problem due to the genuinely great support that is here
